Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our patients and our clinic, ensuring that we can continue to offer high-quality medical services.

**Eligibility for Refunds:**

1. **Services Not Rendered**: If you have paid for a service that has not been rendered due to our inability to provide the service, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that specific service.

2. **Cancellation Prior to Service**: If you cancel your appointment or service before it is provided, you may be eligible for a refund. We require a notice of cancellation at least 48 hours in advance to process a full refund.

3. **Lab Orders**: Payments made for lab orders are non-refundable once the lab work has been taken. If you cancel before the service of the lab is rendered, you are eligible for a full refund of the lab order cost.

4. **Subscription Services**: For ongoing subscription services, you may cancel at any time. However, refunds will not be provided for any used portion of the subscription term. Future charges will be discontinued upon cancellation.

5. **Products and Medications**: Due to health and safety regulations, medications, and opened products are not eligible for refunds. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a refund, excluding any shipping and handling fees.

**Processing Refunds:**

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of the refund approval.
• Any service charges or processing fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

**Disputes and Concerns:**

• If you have concerns about the services received or the charges incurred, please contact us within 30 days of the service date. We are dedicated to addressing your concerns promptly and finding a satisfactory resolution.
